I had placed an order for coasters and I did not update our shipping address. 100% my fault. I emailed customer service and they were accomodating in a way that no other company has ever been. They re-shipped my order at NO CHARGE! This made me so happy. We order from Sticker Mule at least once a month! Quality is always spot on.
