Disappointed

I have ordered pins from Sticker Mule in the past and they have always been of good quality. (As have all of the stickers and other items) This order ( of 50) had 6 pins that were broken (the back pin clasp was off of them.). I don’t know if there has been a change in adhesive or if they did not have sufficient time to set before being packaged but I am extremely disappointed. One or even two, I could understand, but over 10% of the product is unusable. I wasn’t expecting this.
