They don’t know what they’re doing…

I’ve ordered glitter stickers in the past with specific areas having a lower opacity, thus showing some of the glitter through the color. When I got my latest stickers, despite them showing me a proof with translucent areas, they arrived fully opaque. Now they’re saying that they can’t do translucent areas, even though they’ve done it in the past. The people working here are not trained in even the basics of graphic design or reproduction. They have good cheap deals, but don’t expect any slightly fancy treatments.
