Great customer service!

I have to say, my initial order was not quite what I expected based on the proof. Imaging was less intensely colored / noticeable on the printed product. After leaving a review that the items were “okay” a customer support representative personally reached out to me and had their design team improve my design to create the desired appearance! I am very impressed with their customer service and help - and love the final product! I will continue to order my mailers here and will reorder this new improved design. Such a great touch for branding your items and providing a unique product and experience to your customers!
