I've used Sticker Mule for multiple projects in two different roles, while working for two different companies. The user interface is a piece of cake to use and makes the ordering process a snap. The quality of the product is always top notch. The stickers themselves are very durable and don't crumble when they get wet. I've never had to deal with customer service because I've never had a problem, but I'm betting they're great as well. The pricing is a little steep if you order very small quantities which is the case with virtually all printers, but the value increases exponentially if you just up the order quantity. Case in point. I recently purchased 100 really small stickers and we went with the lower amount just to see how they looked being so small. That was about $60. When we saw they looked great, we ordered 500 and it was only $90. I highly recommend.
