I have been so dissapointed in the quality of this product

Just about very single one of these pins are scratched, most scratched badly. How can I sell these in good conscience. Was this the bottomo f the barrel stuff used where no one cared about how this would reflect on y'all. What do we have to do to get a refund? Would be happy if you would send a shipping label so I can send them back. This would make a teachable moment. I am so upset that they are so bad. Please let me know about refund and how a manger can be notified. My hope was based on what I received to make a larger order if I liked what I saw since Ive ordered stickers from you. The stickers have always been top notch. There was a time or two where the design was darker than I would have expected but that was my fault.
