Excellent customer service

I previously posted a negative review b/c I'd expected my stickers to arrive shiny, not matte. After customer service reached out, we agreed on a reprint in the "glitter" version of the sticker, which prints glossy. I was much happier with the second round of stickers, which have a glitter edge and adds a fun touch. Overall important for people to know that matte is the Sticker Mule standard. I didn't realize that, and I think it should be mentioned somewhere during the ordering process. 5 stars for the excellent customer service people who worked with me to find a solution and offered a reprint. They went above and beyond and that's while I'll be returning as a customer.
