I looked around for quite a while to find this product. The design process was very simple. The price very reasonable and blown away by the quality. What a great company.
I bought these to put on the cars of the team when we're out working, and to be removable easily for when we are using the cars personally. My main concern before buying was that they would be too small and not stick well at higher speeds (60+mph). After a few days testing up to almost 80mph they haven't budged an inch, and the size is perfect! I even put them on a dirty car surface just to test, ...

Our flexible custom magnets are made by mixing iron (ferrite) powder with a proprietary blend of rubber and plastic compounds. The ferrite powder contains magnetic properties, while the rubber and plastic help create a pliable material. This mixture is pressed into sheets. The front of each sheet features high-quality white vinyl. Each sheet is printed with your custom design and carefully cut to match its unique shape. Don't let their size fool you! Our custom magnets are thin, high-energy magnets with a pull of 317.36 kilogram-force per square metre. This means one square metre of material can hold up to 317.36 kg. That's stronger than most flexible custom magnets on the market today.
In practical terms, this means:
They'll easily hold three sheets of standard 216 mm x 279 mm paper on a fridge, so you can turn your children's art into a magnet to hold your children's art!
They'll stay stuck to cars driving at highway speeds, so you can boast that "my other car is a bicycle" wherever you go.

Our custom magnets are about 0.38 mm, or 15 mils, thick. For reference, this is about the same thickness as our vinyl stickers with the backing on. Mil is a unit of measurement equal to one-thousandth of an inch and is commonly used for measuring products like magnets and stickers.
It's important to keep in mind that thicker magnets do not necessarily mean stronger magnets. In fact, many of our competitors use magnets that are 20 to 30 mils but have weaker magnetic pull. The strength of a magnet depends more on the quality of the raw materials and the manufacturing process than on thickness alone.

With proper care, our custom magnets can last for many years. We use durable materials and waterproof ink to produce strong magnets with vibrant, lasting colours.
As with any product, a magnet's life expectancy depends on how you use it and its exposure to the elements. Magnets used to decorate your fridge, for example, will maintain their vibrancy longer than magnets on your car, which are subjected to persistent sunlight, rain, dirt, and wind.
Our magnets can be used both indoors and outdoors. However, they do not have a UV laminate, so outdoor magnets may fade more quickly if they're consistently in direct sunlight. To ensure a long life, avoid exposing your magnet to extreme heat, moisture, or chemicals and subjecting it to physical wear and tear.

Custom magnets are attracted to ferromagnetic materials. These are materials that contain strong magnetic properties, such as iron, steel, nickel, or cobalt. Magnets will NOT stick to aluminium, copper, brass, and most stainless steel.
