Great Quality- Resize Not Needed

Quality is never an issue at Sticker Mule, so want to be clear- I have been a long time and happy customer. But lately the design teams have been suggesting resizes in the proofing stage and this time it did not go well. I ordered these and they suggested a resize and then even after explaining the packaging I didn't get the original size I wanted. They didn't even come close to fitting- had to splice labels together to get items ready for a photo shoot. Now luckily they were for a photo shoot and I really only needed 1 off this roll, but very sad I am out about $150 because I wanted to use the rest obviously once my stock was in. Wish I could also know what to do to avoid this in the future.
