Big But Helpful

At first glance out of the box, it looks gigantic - but it's designed to hold many sizes of labels, which it does. Initial setup is very simple, the magnet 'key' that holds the end of the roll is a great implementation. ** Remember when ordering labels to use the "orientation" option set to TOP, so they come off the roll the right way up! Now...mine initially wouldn't switch on, however after a quick response from the (always excellent) support team, the fix was simple enough (opening the case with a simple screwdriver and plugging one cable back in) - but speaks to a minor flaw in the design that should be easily remedied in future. As I said, initial setup is simple, aligning the sensor is a little more involved (and a different width for every size), if it doesn't advance, tilt it up a little more - it only needs to be a little above the edge of the label to peel off (and aim the sensor light at the middle of the label width). Is it worth it? Absolutely! It speeds up the work a lot, even in 'manual mode' and automatic is a real time saver.
