Had to talk to C/S and re-order due to bad UI/UX on website.

When I placed the original order for this it allowed me to pick a previous design. Cool. But I wanted the squirrel smaller and higher and it allowed me to select that option after I'd selected to reuse old design. Cust service told me I couldn't change placement when I used a previous design. Your website needs to not offer to change the placement on a pervious design if your workflow doesn't support it. Just saying.
