It had to be taken apart, some loose wires reattached, and then it would work

Seems to work fine now but out of the box it did not power on. After reaching customer service we were told that there is a wire that often comes loose in shipping and the device would need to be taken apart, the wire reattached, and then it should work. It did, but for almost $200 it really shouldn't need a tech-level repair to get it going. After the frustration and disappointment subsided, however, it's a nifty device, cleverly set up, and is definitely handy for stickers on a roll. If it had worked without the disassembly, 5 stars.
