Terrible

I order stickers with sticker mule often and recently I don’t know what is going on but they just can’t get it right. I drew a design that had 4 difference variances to make a sticker pack. The main difference being each sticker was a different color but they were all the same exact design and file. 2 of the 4 were inconsistent. For example, the item in this order is one of the inconsistent ones, being that they printed it to have a black border for some reason and all the rest have a white border. I understand that I should have looked closer on the proof but for all the rest of the stickers, I didn’t have to specify that it should have a white border, it was just printed that was so I didn’t think to even look for that especially since that’s apart of the design. I reached out to sticker mule to let them know and provided photos of all the others correct stickers from the same design. I was told that because my file had a black border to begin with, that is why they printed it that way. This reasoning make no sense because all my designs had a white border and all they were all from the same base design just different colors on the main inside of the sticker. So basically these are a waste of money and I can’t sell them through my business now. Thank goodness I bought these on a sale. I would never order from this company at their full price for a new design just because of how inconsistent they are.
