Stickermule has lost its touch

Having ordered just about every product possible from Stickermule over the course of the past few years, this has to be the worst I have received. Firstly, the design "tool" to create these clear labels is highly flawed and doesn't accurately depict what they will look like as far as transparency goes. When my order arrived not as anticipated, there was a great deal of back and forth with them regarding what it was supposed to look like- a simple black and white logo that has been printed countless times by them before. Further, all of the labels had a clearly visible line running down the middle which they attempted to blame on the source file in spite of the fact that it has been printed previously without issue. Unfortunate to say the least, but I dont think I'll be wasting my money with them any longer. Don't waste yours either...
