I’ve ordered with you folks multiple times already but on the last order you folks messed up. I ordered 400 label sticker sheets and you folks only cut out less than 50 of them so now I have to hand cut all 350 of them which is extremely tedious and disappointing.

My labels are hard to read. I printed four similar designs and one came out not legible,

The quality of my stickers is lovely but I clarified several times and got proofs of a few designs that I was ordering at once but ended up getting them all in a single image. It is frustrating that I specified in the proofs and wasn’t able to talk to a person.
