I sent them our HD .ai format (Adobe Illustrator) logo file. They were EXTREMELY quick to double check how it would best look like. They recommended we change the dimensions, which THEIR awesome team did and sent a proof to show us why. Enlarging the Width made the sticker look much, much better.
