Transparent vs white background

While I understand that this is somewhat my fault, I wish it was more obvious when provided with our proof for the packing tape that I had uploaded an image of our logo on the white background rather than the transparent background. My wish was to have the background color be the "kraft brown" but in the proof, assumed that the white background was also transparent as it typically looks on computers. Just be mindful of that...
