High quality customer service and product

I ordered 1,000 stickers from Sticker Mule. They were created and shipped on time but when they arrived in Salt Lake City, UPS lost the package in transit. I contacted Sticker Mule and within an hour of my email they created a new order and upgraded the shipping so it would arrive ASAP, without charging me a dime. Even though it was UPS’ fault, not theirs. Less than 48 hours later, the new order arrived in our office exactly like what we needed. Sticker Mule definitely went above and beyond in their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
