Design is printed on the back! Not enclosed!

I thought that my design would be enclosed in the keychain but the design is just PRINTED on the back. Really wish this was more clear when ordering the keychains, but they only show pictures. Two of the keychains had damaged prints, and sticker mule kindle offered me either store credit or 10 more keychains for free. The front of the keychains come with a film to protect it from damage, but sadly the back does not.
