Good images, iffy results.

I ordered some key-chains as part of a promotion because 1) I needed a key-chain and 2) StickerMule was having a 10 key-chains for $9 special. Key-chains arrived a day or two before the expected delivery date. But when I opened the delivery, 3 of the 10 key-chains had acquired very noticeable scratches on the artwork. No idea if this occurred in the production stage, the packing stage or the mailing stage. As I'm not selling these and it was a limited run it's not a big deal, but if I was ordering these to sell there would be a return/refund situation or a strong request for a reprint of the damaged items. If that was accommodated I'd still order again.
