The whole process was super easy and self-explanatory. I accidentally requested a button instead of an acrylic pin. I recognized my mistake during the "review and approve" process. I simply explained that I wanted acrylic pins instead and in a matter of minutes the whole process was completed. The product arrived a day earlier than anticipated. Overall a wonderful experience. The acrylic pin has the perfect look and price point for our targeted audience which is youth and teens.
