Above and Beyond

I recently ordered some giveaways for my business and noticed I was shorted a couple pcs. Within hours of my expressed concerned, Sticker Mule said they would send out a new batch. I said it was unnecessary it being essentially a stocking stuffer for clients and it would not effect my future orders with them. Regardless they rushed me a new order.
