terrible print doesn't match the proof

Miles Rutledge

The magnets received were significantly subpar; the intricate details of the print were notably absent. Despite the artwork being provided in a vector format and the proof appearing satisfactory, the final product deviated considerably from the expected quality. The fine details integral to the design were lost, raising concerns about the fidelity of the proofing process. If the final output cannot consistently reflect the approved online proof, the validity of the approval process is called into question. While the quality of the print application and the magnet itself were acceptable, the discrepancy between the proof and the actual print was disappointing and rendered the magnets unusable.
