Reviews for custom buttons

I had a problem with my pins, it was a fluke because I have ordered before and they came out pretty good. I let them know, they asked a few questions, and they sent me a new batch. To me customer service is BIG and I love it when I have great customer service. I came back and spent more money. ha ha ha

I like the pins but the color on these pins was lighter than the picture.

I really like the quality of the print and the acrylic was clear and smooth thanks to the protective film. It was difficult to remove from every single pin but not a big deal- it could be solved with a tab. 2/50 of the pins were misprinted- again not a big deal. The pins are awesome, if not for the type of back used to secure the pin on it would have received 5 stars. The pins come with a black rubber type back that doesn't lock on to the pin and comes off really easy. 1 have already lost two pins that fell off and one of my other coworkers has lost one.. Pins definitely need better backs.
