More than half of the mailers are cut open on the side. And why are they 2.5" shorter than the mailers I have received in the past?

Such great quality packaging tape. I use it for all my orders. The reinforced tape is strong and printed beautifully. The design tutorials are a great help!

Not true black. Black came out green. Was informed order would be about 2 weeks and took over a month to arrive. Won't order again.
