    The quality of the acrylic charm is perfect. They added a cling film on each cut out to ensure that they wouldn't damage each other. The resolution of the image looked good and it seemed like they laser cut out the acrylic. The edges were smooth and not sharp! The price was a lot cheaper than I assumed it would be. I will be buying all of my charms / keychains / pins from this company again.

    The charms are nice, but when I got them they all were in one bag. Each time I order my designs I usually have at least 1 charm I cannot sell when I ordered smaller quantities, because it arrives chipped. When I ordered 50 there were a few that came broken. They really need to be packaged better so they don’t break or chip during shipping.

    as other reviewers have said, the scratches would make me not order this again. if there was a static cling protector it might be better.

    I ordered these charms and had to update the artwork twice before I was happy - something I've never done before with StickerMule. There were do delays or questions, just seamless changes! Thank y'all for being patient with me and as always, providing fast proofs and shipping. Winning this Christmas <3

    I love sticker mule. But 4 of the 10 I ordered broke within the first week. Hoping I just got a bad batch

    Sadly, one of the ten that I ordered was damaged in transit. I was able to get a credit thanks to the customer service team who were quick and prompt with helping me figure out the best solution.
