There are streaks running through the print on the face

Since I’ve been designing my product labels, I’ve been using the custom label samples from Sticker Mule and they have been FANTASTIC. They’re truly such a great resource to have in my back pocket while I’ve been messing with my designs.

I've ordered from them before and the stickers came out great. I ordered a sample of the sticker rolls just and the quality wasn't great. It was a matte finish and it looked like it was peeling? Bubbling? I'm not sure.
