The package with the wall graphic came in all bent up. I would recommend packing them differently. In my case, the wall graphic could have been rolled up and shipped in a tube like packaging. The wall graphic has creases on it, I'm not sure how it will look when applied to the wall.

The image didn't come as I requested. I tried to ask these questions as I ordered my proofs, but was not answered so I assumed was all set. I didn't want it on a background, just letters, if that couldn't be done I should have been offered an alternate shape/design. Please help correct this issue. I ONLY want my letters for my decal, no background.
