The proof I got looked just like this. Appeared to be printed on top of white or at least clear plastic. What I got was the image reverse printed on blue tinted plastic so that the image could barely be seen and writing couldn't be read. I tried to reach out to customer service on several occasions, but this site just keeps saying "failure to send, try again later"

Very hard to separate stickers from backing. On a positive note, the stickers came out beautifully, resembling stained glass

On the feedback/improvement side - Individual tattoos not marked with instructions, the piece was cut to exact shape of design, so a little tricky to separate front cover. On a positive note, the item colors turned out great. Have not tested on skin yet for ease of use and longevity

These shirts arrived quickly. They are all 100% cotton and, before washing, run VERY large. On the other hand, they also shrink quite a bit. I usually wear a "large." After washing, I needed an XL. As for the design, it's simple, and SM was helpful. However, the logo seems very low on the chest. It would've been nice if it were higher on the chest.
