Not happy, but appreciate customer service

I was not thrilled to find every sticker had a yellow ring around the design. Customer service was prompt to reply and directed me to a different product which I definitely appreciated. I was told the yellow is due to laser cutting, but I find it surprising that customers would find this acceptable. I will try again since I appreciate any business that is prompt and courteous to their customers.
