Why the redesign?

I sent StickerMule a file that could have been printed directly. For some reason they redesigned it (to which I had to give feedback multiple times), and when I got them, it turns out that the green is slightly off from the on-brand green that I provided. I'm wondering why the file that I provided couldn't simply be used as-is, and why it needed StickerMule to redesign it? Also, all the button-backs are twisted in different directions, so they don't all hang vertically if you pin them the normal way.
