Wall graphics

On receipt, the shipping tubes were not damaged. But the wall graphics themselves were poorly packaged and crammed into the shipping tubes where the edges of both were severely wrinkled. When I sent pics of the issue, instead of replacing the damages decals, they instead wanted me to take the 3 foot decal and install it to see if the creases would be ok. I ordered these for an event, and I don't have anywhere to install them until the event takes place, so this didn't make sense in my case. So instead of simply replacing them and making it right, I'm stuck waiting until our event and going they don't look like crap when installed, which I doubt based on how bad the edge looks now. These aren't $29 for 50 stickers, these are $50 each for a 3 foot circle so they are not something you can just install anywhere. The response and suggestion from support was as poor as the packaging, was hoping they would've taken a little more care to make sure they arrived in good shape. The material seems to be great, unfortunately mine were damaged before they arrived.
