Over the moon pleased

Having such a great experience with my first order from stickermule, I decided to try out a 2nd but more complex image I had created. Purchasing price was $17 for a 10 ct 4 by 5 size, and they adjusted the price down when the sizing ended up smaller, and that was a huge plus. Placing the order was still the same 5 simple steps. 1. Upload image. 2. Describe what you're after or leave it to creative engineering on their part. 3. Wait 4 hours tops for your proof. 4. Approve or Decline. 5. Go to production. This time I decided to leave it to creative engineering and in 2 hours I received a proof. I had opposing ideas for what I was after and politely declined with my edits and within the hour I had a new proof that was exactly what I had pictured for this sticker. I approved and off we went to production. Again the issue came in with shipping, and it did not arrive on time. I would like to note this is not stickermules fault in any way and is on the company they use to do their shipping (UPS Mail Innovations) NOTE: if you are ordering samples with a time crunch, you may want to order a few weeks in advance to ensure you receive it on time. Now for Quality: The packing was different from the first order I had placed. Instead of cardstock quality envelope, they used a standard bubble wrap envelope. Due to this the stickers were slightly bent. They did however have the stickers tightly wrapped with plastic to ensure quality and prevent distortion, so it is safe to assume the bending happened during mishandling in shipping. Upon opening, the quality did feel slightly different from my first order, but it was still smooth in texture with a clear vinyl feel that you can tell will withstand practically anything. The colors were vibrant. The cut smooth with no sharp edges. The backing easy to remove to place the sticker. 10/10 would recommend and I will be purchasing in bulk in the future.
