Disappointing customer service

I thought I made it clear through correspondence how I wanted the design to look, but the customer service I received felt like an automated service and I received a shirt that I will not wear because it looks amateur. Buyer beware! Make sure your design is exactly how you want it before you proceed, you may not receive help from customer service.
