Delivery times soured the experience

The order page states "free shipping in 4 days". It took 13 weekdays. Specifically created the shirt for an event I was attending 2 weeks from the order date and it didn't get here on time. Defeated the purpose of the order, so I am disappointed. Quality of the shirt seems fine (I haven't washed it more than once), so while I may order in the future, I'll only do so when I don't need it by a certain date.
