Potato quality resolution

I used the stickermule online design tool thinking it would be easier to use and have the right output. I opted for a simple oval shape, the interface for design was clunky/unintuitive, but to be expected. Once I moved to purchase, I didn't have a prompt or chance to save the design so I was no longer able to change the design sent to the order unless I remade it. (I know there is a way to log in & save designs, but the flow made me skip the step). When the proofs and pricing came out fine, I submitted the order. The stickers came back so low resolution our faces are completely blurred and details completely lost, which you can't tell from seeing it online. I didn't get any warnings about resolution or edits needed, and didn't expect such poor quality. Luckily this was a small order, so it was no skin off my back. But now I know and want to warn others to be extra careful with proofing and quality of print.
