T-shirt experience

We recently ordered a t-shirt to try out Sticker Mule's capability. The first one came and the color of the print was awful, so I wrote a two-star review for it, thinking that was the end of the transaction. But Mariah from their support team contacted me literally within minutes after I posted that review, checked into the problem, and sent me a new one, which is PERFECT. People make mistakes. It's how they respond to their mistakes that count, and Sticker Mule really came through. So not only are their stickers great (I've purchased many from them, as they're amazingly colorfast,) but they stand behind their shirts too. Mahalo!
