Aloha, I had previously written a review on my first order. Absolutely loved the product but the color was a little darker than I would have liked and exclaimed that I would make an adjustment to my logo color on my next order. Sticker Mule's customer service team contacted me via email immediately after writing the review and asked for a picture of the product and my logo. I replied with what was requested and the team offered me a reprint and shipping at no additional cost. I expressed my gratitude in the following emails to the team but I am beyond impressed with the customer service team. Especially because I did not expect to be contacted and offered a replacement.
