Excellent service result after 1st order wasn't what I'd hoped for

My product turned up and didn't look great. I was disappointed. I sent a message after a couple of months of thinking these guys weren't that great. The response was fast, and tone very helpful. Turned out the file I sent was the problem, the team were gracious with me, replaced the magnets and the latest ones turned up and were excellent.
