Quality Control issues

I am disappointed in the large transfer sticker order I made. Unfortunately, there have been multiple issues throughout the process. I get the feeling that there is not one point of contact to over see a project with multiple responses to inquiries that do not match up with previous contacts for the same project, Including multiple corrections in the samples I ordered. I really thought all would be ok with the final large order (after 3 sample orders with 2 of them missing pieces of the artwork). I know they can get this right but unfortunately they have some quality control issues that they need to iron out so if you’re short on time idk.. overall, sticker does have good customer service regarding response time and wanting to make it right so I want to see how this plays out.
