Disapointed

I am a little disappointed. I ordered the same acrylic pins on 21 September in a much smaller quantity. They were fine back then, as I expected. But the latest order doesn't meet the same quality standards. Firstly, a total of four pins are missing and secondly, five pins are damaged. The damaged ones have broken needles or broken stickers under the needles. The quality of the undamaged needles is not as good as before either. The clutch can't be put all the way in the needles because there's a second one!
