Awesome stickers, tough to remove backing

We love these stickers as they are high quality and durable. The only issue is that it is very difficult to remove the stickers from the backing. This is a real problem when handing out to children (adults, too) who want to put them on right away. I have started making small snips into the backing so there's somewhere to start removing the backing -it's time-consuming but only alternative I can come up with.
