Disappointed - Unexpected Shift From Silk Screening to Iron‑On Transfer

I’ve used your services multiple times over the past few years and have consistently recommended your company to others. For that reason, I was particularly disappointed with my most recent order. The shirts I received were no longer produced using the silk‑screening process that originally kept me coming back, but instead appeared to use a basic iron‑on transfer. This change was unexpected and not communicated in advance. Had I known, I likely would have chosen a different option, as this is something I could have done myself more quickly and at a lower cost. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration, as the quality and consistency of your work have been key reasons for my continued business in the past.
