Incorrect & no customer care

We've been ordering the same logo for over 5 years. This order arrived fully incorrect. We've never had a complaint prior. The stickers are oval & not circle. They are dull & dark & not our usual vibrancy. Sticker mule refuses to correct their mistake or offer a refund. Their solution is a $10 credit. What would another $9 hurt such a large business? This is a slap in the face to a long time, small business customer who has spent thousands. The fact that they refuse to correct or refund $19, is insulting.
