Misunderstanding on White Coloring

We placed an order for a custom designed tattoo of a white pick-up truck. We didn't realize when ordering the tattoo that there would not be white in the design at all, instead it would be transparent to allow the skin to show through in place of the white. We are disappointed as we ordered these for a workplace family event for kids and much of our work force and their families do not have caucasian skin, so the tattoo is very difficult to see the design since there is not much contrast between the thin outline lines and the center of the truck that we thought would be dyed white, not just transparent.
