We've ordered several times and this was a new item. It was processed and shipped quickly but wasn't quite what I hoped for. Looks great

Detail came out great like the other ones but extra shoutout because the only image I had for this was over a transparent background. Was able to request the image be laid over black and company complied without issue or aggravation.
