Shipping was a huge disappointment! We paid for expedited shipping on 1000 round buttons that were to be giveaways at an upcoming conference, we had a promised date of one week before the conference but they never arrived. We were dependent on receiving them, it hurt attendance at our booth without those giveaways and on top of that we paid for extra service that was never received. The shipping company was UPS, they were a big disappointment and did not follow through when contacted. Sticker Mule did a good job of following up after they were contacted and we did get the buttons quickly after that, though too late for their intended purpose. Moral of the story is never use UPS in northwestern Ontario Canada, their reputation for poor service is well founded and was just proven one more time.
