Excellent communication. I alerted them of an error on the pin and they walked me through how to avoid making the error again and also helped me fix the design and then reprinted them for me. Also just so folks know the pins rotate easily now! I have no issue adjusting them. It might be a pain to have to do that but it takes like two seconds. Will definitely come back at Christmas time to grab more for craft shows.
