I've only used one of the ones that I've ordered (the rest are for friends). It's been on my bag for a month or so now, and it's not had any scratches and the design is still on it!
I thought that it would be double sided when I ordered it, but it wasn't. The design is open on the backside and I'm surprised it's not scratched off. 
There are some imperfections on the sides. Which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. But it's super hard to notice- you have to look very close
Anyways I'm happy with my design and the colours and how it looks!
