One issue I have had with Sticker Mule for a while is that they don't clarify their dimensions. WxH or HxW? It wasn't until I ordered these keychains and they came the wrong size and complained that I got the answer. It's WxH. Unfortunately I had to re-order the keychains and lost money. This may seem stupid but if you are creating for people internationally who use different measurement types like metric or imperial you should clarify and make clear what is what.... I don't think it's that hard to add that to your site to help your customers understand and not get confused. Especially if they have designs that are complex.
